Desirée Rogers is the White House Obama Social Secretary now ensnared in a controversy over the White House party crashers. Rather than doing her job and managing the event, the 50 year old millionaire was sitting at the center of a guest table enjoying the spoils of being friends the Obamas. The Secret Service has taken responsibility for the fiasco, but also cited the social office's failures to have simple checkpoints and a basic guest list that would have avoided any problems. How is it possible to fail at one of the easiest, most trivial jobs in the White House? Ms. Rogers, is it hard spending all of our money on Jennifer Hudson and chefs from top restaurants in New York?
